Overview
CoreSphere, a manufacturing company located in Germany, turned to us after recognizing our expertise in solving complex system-related challenges. Their existing platform was prone to errors, causing frequent delays and inefficiencies. The need for a robust, intuitive, and feature-rich solution became apparent.
In just 9 months, we successfully developed and implemented an all-encompassing solution, incorporating custom features to improve usability, safe data migration, extensive training, and thorough testing. Our solution addressed the client’s core challenges, streamlining operations, reducing costs, and boosting efficiency.

 Results 
 The manual workflows previously burdened CoreSphere, consuming time that could have been devoted to higher-level strategic challenges. By integrating a new ERP system, CoreSphere achieved a 30% reduction in operational delays. The ERP system streamlined processes across key domains, including staffing, financial management, inventory control, maintenance, and procurement.
