GDPR/ legal setup?
As a German based company we meet all requirements of the DSGVO/ GDPR regulations. Our entire legal setup is in line with German and EU regulations.
How can I cover outstanding hours if the developer works extra hours?
If the actual development time can exceed the expected development time, you will be notified by the project manager and approve the additional development before we proceed.
How is the developer billed? / Payment
A developer can be payed either per hour or on a monthly basis, based on your preference.
What methodology do you adhere to?
We utilize Agile Scrum methodology with daily meetings and 1-2 week sprints, depending on the project in question.
Which tools do you use?
We use the latest industry standards but we also can adapt our dev team to your standards and custom tools.

Can developers be integrated into our infrastructure?
Yes. Our developers can adapt to the infrasture you use.
When can the developer start?
Average time from contact to contract ranges from 2-4 weeks.
Can I interview the developer on my own?
Yes.
What is the English level of developers?
All our developers command a B2 level of English or more advanced.
How do we determine what experience level the developers have?
All our developers are middle and senior specialists. You can schedule a talk with the developer to discuss the projects s/he completed, their work experience, and otherwise check their competence.
Where is the developer located?
Most of our developers are located in Berlin or Kiev. We also have specialists in Italy, Bulgaria and Poland, and are hiring talent from other European countries.
Can the developer also come to our office or make client visits?
Yes.
How will the communication with the developer work?
We create chats and use communication tools like slack, teams, or skype. We also set up daily and on-demand calls.
For how long do other clients usually book the developers?
The average contract duration is 18 months. Most of our clients request additional resources on a regular basis.
Are your developers freelancers?
All our developers are full time employees.
Minimum booking period and notice period
The minimum booking period is 3 months, the cancellation period is 1 month to the end of the month.
Will the developer team work for other clients?
Developers you hire work exclusively for you.
