Crystal Immobilien ist ein Immobilienbüro, das sich auf Immobilien in Konstanz und am Bodensee spezialisiert hat. Ihr Ziel war es ihren Markt zu erweitern, sowie eine größe Anzahl an Mitarbeitern zu beschäftigen, damit sind Sie an uns heran getreten um gemeinsa dieses Ziel zu verwirklichen. Wir haben eine Marktplatz-ähnliche Website für den Kauf/Verkauf von Immobilien sowie ein Customer Relationship Management System für den internen Gebrauch anhand Ihrer Vorstellungen und Wünsche entwickelt.

Aufgrund der spezifischen Anforderungen des Kunden mussten wir so viel wie möglich automatisieren und gleichzeitig die Entwicklungskosten niedrig halten. Wir haben uns auf die
wichtigsten Funktionen konzentriert und dennoch eine großartige Benutzeroberfläche geschaffen, die für Kunden aller Generationen einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen ist.

Neue Immobilien, die einem CRM-System hinzugefügt werden, werden automatisch auf der Website aufgeführt, sobald eine Immobilie verkauft wurde, wird diese Automatisch aus der Auflistung entfernt.. Das System ermöglicht die automatische Erstellung von Exposés, Kaufverträgen, Kundenanfragen und anderen Dokumenten, die normalerweise manuell bearbeitet werden müssen.

Das spart Zeit, eliminiert menschliche Fehler und ermöglicht es Crystall Immobilien, sein eng verbundenes Team zu halten und gleichzeitig zu wachsen.
