When we were contacted by YugoKraft they were seeking help with bringing an AI-powered job finding solution to life. Our team took on conceptualizing, designing and developing a fully functional platform that aids persons which relocated from one country to another to find a job.

The main platform’s functionality is revolving around making connections between the job-seekers and employees in an automated manner. Leveraging powerful artificial intelligence technology, this process is brought to a new kind of speed.

Das Ergebnis unserer Zusammenarbeit ist ein gründlich getestetes und implementiertes KI-System, das Personalvermittlern einen schnellen Zugriff auf die Datenbank eines riesigen Kandidatenpools ermöglicht. Es ermöglicht ihnen, Bewerber umfassend zu filtern, deren Lebenslauf und Portfolio zu prüfen und automatisch Kandidaten zu empfehlen, die der Stellenbeschreibung entsprechen.

Arbeitnehmer können sich nun über ein Registrierungsformular anmelden, ihre Profilbeschreibung ausfüllen und Vorschläge und Stellenangebote erhalten. Die Plattform ermöglicht es, Vorstellungsgespräche zu planen, einen Vertragsentwurf vorzuschlagen und bietet eine hilfreiche Checkliste mit allen wichtigen Informationen zum Thema Umzug.

Die Nutzerinnen und Nutzer von YugoKraft haben nun Zugang zu einer vollständig entwickelten Plattform mit einer Vielzahl von Funktionen für den Aufbau einer langfristigen Beziehung mit dem Unternehmen.

CRM System

Ein technologiegestütztes CRM-System hilft Personalvermittlern, ihre Arbeit zu automatisieren und zu erleichtern, indem es eine Reihe von Funktionen bereitstellt, wie z. B. eine vollständige Liste von Kandidaten, die nach Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten, Ausbildung und vielen anderen wichtigen Details gefiltert werden können. Darüber hinaus bietet das System die Möglichkeit, Vorstellungsgespräche zu planen und Einladungen an Bewerber zu versenden.

Veranstaltungskalender

Wir wurden beauftragt, einen Veranstaltungskalender zu erstellen, der es Arbeitgebern ermöglicht, Termine für Vorstellungsgespräche festzulegen. Bewerber können diese Vorschläge einfach annehmen oder ablehnen und ihre Aktivitäten koordinieren, indem sie Vorstellungsgespräche an einem Ort erstellen, bearbeiten und verwalten. Das nahtlose Design macht es beiden Seiten leicht, das zu finden, was sie suchen, und mit effizienten Tools zu kommunizieren.
