Zinhaus ist ein Immobilienverwaltungsunternehmen, das uns mit einer Datenverwaltungsaufgabe betraut hat, da es eine funktionsreiche Lösung zur Speicherung von Finanzinformationen, Kontaktdaten, Immobiliendaten und -fotos, Zahlungsdaten, Verkäufer- und Mieterdaten und mehr benötigte. Wir haben eine konsolidierte Datenspeicherlösung für digitalisierte Arbeitsabläufe mit erweiterten Funktionen wie anpassbare Benachrichtigungen, Immobilienverwaltung, Finanzierung, Rechnungsführung usw. entwickelt.

Management Summary

Innerhalb des Quickchecks und der Objektauswahl kann der Kunde die Zusammenfassung jeder Immobilie verwalten, die umfassende Daten zu Vermietung, Kostenreduzierung, Bewertungsdatum und anderen Details enthält. Die Tabelle „Basisszenario“ gibt einen Überblick über den Wert der verschiedenen Faktoren der Immobilie.
